Alex came out on a Sunday for an emergency boiler breakdown. It turned out to be very simple so he didn’t charge us. However showed us the fix for the problem and how to fix if it happens again. Would highly recommend, really nice guy!!!

Alex from Think Gas did a great job. The system works as expected and he did a very tidy job leaving no mess. This was a major installation, and Alex promptly dealt with a few teething problems until the system settled down. We would recommend Thinkgas, and will continue to use them for ongoing maintenance of the system.

We’ve used Alex and his team for our gas safety certs for a few years now. A few months ago our boiler broke down one evening and Alex came round the very next morning to get it up and running. Very happy with the service we received, our boiler was broken and old, Alex popped round on the Wed to have a look and give us a quote, he was very thorough and answered all of our questions and fitted us in as an emergency for the Monday, it wasn’t a simple job, we needed a whole new boiler, our flue relocated to through the roof and our overflow pipe moved, they also fitted a radiator in our downstairs toilet this was all done in 2 days, very courteous and friendly. Reasonably priced and professional, we would definitely recommend.
